Just to say a big thank you for a lovely stay. We really enjoyed our stay, other than the rudereceptionist and the roads outside of the hotel. We spoke to the Manager and the other receptionist who put everything right and explained and made things better. I have to voice a REAL CONCERN about the taxi driver that took us to the airport. He was so RUDE, he was driving using his mobile phone. He was 25minutes late and drove like a maniac. His windows didn't open and he had no air conditioning or fans. He should never have been driving and it was the journey FROM HELL. I hateto say this but I would never want to use that Company ever again. My friend was physically sick when we got to the airport. I have also read one Webb site that this has happened before. It is obviously the same driver. I would suggest that you change the taxi Company that you use. They are letting you down big time. We will however be coming back to your hotel as it is lovely and I will recommend it to friends. Thank your for a lovely time other than this horrible experience. Kind regards Ros McAleer
Hotel is not ideal for young families traveling with a trolley.
Very good localization, nice interior.
Not clean room..
ample breakfast, nice location near metro station
audible, but not too loud, tram line nearby, way too small pillows, having to go to the reception desk to borrow a hair-dryer
Nice and very helpful, serviceminded receptionist.
Compared to 3-star hotels me and my husband has lived in, in Prague, this was really more a 2-star hotel. Felt dirty as a first impression, which ususally is the most important. By just entering the hotel, you are welcomed by dirty loundry at the main-entrance and dirty overused mats, not a cosy impression. The bathroom didn't feel fresh and there were no holders for the towels, neighther the toilet paper. Looked even like growing bacteria in the bathroom. The lamps in the room were broken, so there were just bulbs showing. That's deffinitely not a 4-star hotel. More like a hostel, an unfresh one. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The restaturant, where the breakfast was served, smelled mug and felt unfresh too. Sorry, to say, a big dissappointment at our last days of vacation.
I liked the location (close to metro station) and price was ok for triple room. Staff was nice and helpful to book taxi, restaurants when asked. Simple and clean. Calm. Efficient choice for a city trip.
Few restaurants near the hotel (need to go in city centre). Staff could not give advice on where to go for good meals (not one). Equipment of the room very basic, a bit cheap quality. Breakfast in underground cave (dark) and not so good, although enough.
Great little hotel, really clean, was upgraded on the basis that I was the groom in a party of six and had the smallest room, didnt question just made me happy.very helpful staff and around 10 minutes from busy parague central by foot, dont miss Darlings and the shooting range, ask for Jackie, yea jackie.
It is quiet and good to sleep! But the TV program is shortage. No other relaxing content!
The staff was so so helpful and very nice people! It was wonderful!
The staff were delightful and the rooms were always kept clean.
No air conditioning in the room which made it a little warm in the evenings.
some basic hotel supplies are not provided, e.g. hair dryer, slippers, toothbrush, etc.; choice of breakfast is limited
Good location, friendly staff at the reception desk.
It's not a 4 star hotel, it's barely 3. Two of three wall lamp had only bulbs. Housekeeping means only changing the towels - beds weren't even made, not mentioning changing the sheets. Bathroom wasn't cleaned and floor wasn't vacuumed. Watch out - the maid enters the room without knocking and speaks no English. Breakfast - very poor: just cheese, two kinds of sausage, hard-boiled eggs, yoghurt, serials, some sweets, poor juice and coffee. Sat tv with a few channels only. No bathrobe, shower cap, shoe polish, or stationery. All this for more than 100 euro per room.
Internet only in public places. No possility for internet in room.
Good value for money
It is a *** start hotel being marketed as 4 Star.
The staff hotel very kind and atencious.everything Ok
